Preface

Having been a client of Wired Media's for a few years, Allsave were looking for mobile applications to give their users the ability to send payments to childcarer's easily and quickly from mobile devices.

Technical Accomplishment

Being a project aimed cross-platform I made use of Appcelerator's Titanium Mobile, their SDK allows for applications to be written in JavaScript which compiles to Objective-C and Java which (with some bugfixing) will deploy happily to both iOS and Android platforms.

iOS was a dream to work with, and it was interesting bugfixing Android issues across various devices, screen resolutions and software versions. The resulting codebase allows for changes to be made with relative ease and deployed to both platforms.
